Return Policy:
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The product must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.
- The receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Please note that certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, such as cosmetic products or personalized items. Promotional or sale items may also be subject to specific return conditions.

Return Process:
To return a product, please follow the steps below:
- Contact our customer service at contacct@ismacolor.ma to obtain a return authorization.
- Carefully package the product in its original packaging and ensure to include the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Send the package to the address provided by our customer service.

Refund:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will proceed with the refund using the original method of payment. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in case of our error.
The refund may take up to 10 days to be processed and appear in your account, depending on your payment method and your financial institution’s policies.
